How to Refer
To access support from Neurodiversity UK, you must have a referral into our system, the diagram below shows you avenues of referral.
Please note that when we send you our referral form it is sent as a Microsoft Word Document which needs to be completed either by Microsoft Word and emailed back OR we can send you a hard copy to fill in and send back via post
Ways to Refer
There are two ways in which you can refer to Neurodiversity UK, through Professional means (See Diagram Items 1 - 6) or Self Referral
