My name is Gillian McBriar and I have been working as a holistic therapist for the past 21 years. My journey started with an interest in Reiki and crystals, which I trained in at an early age. I followed this up with reflexology, aromatherapy and massage at Bangor serc. By this stage, my passion had been discovered and I found myself training in more and more disciplines to expand my knowledge and allow me a bigger scope for being able to help people by tailoring their sessions with me to meet their specific needs.
I work with individuals to help them understand their bodies, emotions and feelings so they can connect them and help themselves between sessions with simple techniques. Whether it’s a reflexology session or a massage, I will use techniques to calm the mind and rebalance the body, putting you at ease and helping you feel better about what’s happening.
